We opened in 2014 because we felt there was a need for a locally owned business to provide in home care to our area. We wanted to be able to provide quality in home care that contributed to our local community instead of some big city that has no ties to our area. We are locally owned and grew up in Southeast Missouri.

Whether it is Medicaid, VA, Vet Assist, Consumer Direct Service (CDS) or private pay. We strive to provide the highest level of care that sets the example for others to follow.
We never set out to be the biggest, only the best. All while we continue to support out local community. Our kids still go to school here, still play on the same little league teams and soccer teams. We still shop the same grocery store as you, support the same local businesses as you, attend the same churches as you, provide local jobs and are vested in the local area.

We understand that not one care plan fits all. Daily services can include anything from meal preparation, hygiene, cleaning, shopping and medicine set up. We take the time to get to know you and develop an individualized care plan that fits your specific needs.
Our nurse will help with medication set up, medical assessments and overall health monitoring.

A friend had told me about Always There In Home Care and said I should see if I could get some help with meals and shopping, since I don’t get around real well. When I called, they came right over and after a little paperwork I was approved for service. They started almost immediately and did a great job.
When my caregiver seen what I was having to do to keep food cold she said something to the owners of the company.
The next day, the owners brought me a working refrigerator and moved it in for me. That same refrigerator was still working when I had to go back to a nursing home.
I wouldn’t waste my time calling anyone else, I highly recommend these folks.

I had admitted to the hospital for surgery and they lost my teeth. Always There staff contacted the hospital for me and was able to get me a brand new set of teeth for free. They had to have gone through some great training to be so intuitive and anticipate what I needed.

I had a hole in my bathroom wall that air came through and was cold in the wintertime. The owner had her husband come patch it up for me and made it look really nice. It was definitely a lot warmer.
